Khokhela’s Directors Remuneration Database contains the remuneration information for all directors and non-executive directors for 230 JSE listed companies over a six year period from 2010 to 2015.
The remuneration information captured includes salary, benefits, other pay, STI’s paid and LTI’s cashed in. Financial information such as turnover, assets, PBT and staff costs have also been captured. All the data has been checked and validated. This newsletter highlights a few key observations and trends from analysing the data for CEO’s.
